Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to DeathLand.eu, its accounts, multiplayer systems and evolving game services.

Effective: 10 August 2026Operator: MB Zaidime
Please read these Terms before creating an account or entering as a Guest. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using DeathLand.eu (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. The Service is operated by MB Zaidime, company code 307489657, Uosupio g. 1-49, LT-68162 Marijampolė, Lithuania (“we”, “us” or “our”).

If you are not legally able to accept these Terms in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.

2. The service

DeathLand is an evolving online apocalyptic survival game available through supported web browsers and devices. Features may include registration, Guest access, multiplayer activity, missions, combat, chat, events, progression, XP, credits, ammunition, virtual equipment and other game systems.

The Service remains under active development. Features, balance, graphics, rewards, compatibility and planned release dates may change. Test or early-access content may be incomplete, reset, unavailable or removed.

3. Accounts and security

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.
  • Do not share, sell, transfer or commercially trade accounts unless we expressly permit it.
  • Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • Guest progress may depend on browser, device or session data and may not transfer to a registered account.

Usernames and character names must not impersonate others, violate rights, contain unlawful material or deliberately disrupt the community.

4. Fair play and prohibited conduct

You must use the Service lawfully and fairly. You may not:

  • cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate requests, alter client code to gain an advantage or bypass server validation;
  • use bots, macros, automation, unauthorised scripts or traffic-generating tools;
  • attack, overload, scan, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorised access to accounts, databases, servers or networks;
  • harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate or publish unlawful, hateful or infringing content;
  • interfere with multiplayer gameplay or help another person violate these Terms;
  • use the Service for commercial advertising, account trading or unlawful activity without written permission.

We may investigate suspicious activity, invalidate illegitimate progress or rewards, restrict features, suspend access or preserve relevant logs where reasonably necessary to protect the Service and its users.

5. Player communications and content

If the Service allows chat, names or other submissions, you retain rights you already hold in that content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Service.

You must have the right to submit your content. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, applicable law or the rights and safety of others.

6. Virtual items and progress

XP, levels, credits, ammunition, radio calls, rewards, equipment and other virtual game elements are licensed features of the Service. They have no cash value, are not legal currency and may not be exchanged for money unless we introduce a separate lawful system with specific terms.

We may rebalance, correct, remove or reset virtual elements when reasonably required for development, security, technical integrity or fair play. DeathLand currently does not promise that any virtual item will remain permanently available.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, software, interface, DeathLand branding, original text, artwork, game systems and other content are owned by MB Zaidime or used under licence. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, sell, republish or commercially exploit protected Service content except where applicable law permits it or we give written permission.

8. Availability and updates

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, hosting failures, security incidents, internet conditions, third-party services and development updates may interrupt access. We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Suspension, termination and deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may temporarily or permanently restrict access when reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated breach, security risk, fraud, legal obligation or threat to other users or the Service.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to contact us. Provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, disputes and other clauses intended by their nature to survive will remain effective after termination.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that every device, browser, feature or saved state will always operate without interruption or loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, MB Zaidime is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from unavailable experimental features, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements or operational changes. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, an additional notice. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Courts and dispute-resolution bodies will have jurisdiction as provided by applicable law.
